This program is made possible by a generous donation from the Linda Sitterding estate. Please note that you will be required to send a picture of your Medi-Cal or EBT card.
The process works as follows:
- Schedule Online: A standard HOPE deposit ($150 for dogs / $75 for cats) is required to book the appointment. You will receive a refund to your credit card (less the FMAS co-pay of $40 for dogs / $30 for cats) when the voucher is presented at check-in on the day of the appointment.
- Schedule In-Person: You may also go to HOPE in person starting at 10:00 AM to schedule the appointment. You will present the voucher and pay the co-pay upfront. Please note that HOPE only accepts the physical voucher on the day of the appointment.
- Location: For your appointment, please bring your pet to HOPE Animal Foundation, 5490 W. Spruce Ave., Fresno, CA 93722.
